These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "You") and W9CCC (the "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"), governing your access to and use of the online sports betting and live casino services available at https://w9ccc.cam and all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, or depositing funds, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" A unique registered player profile created on the W9CCC Platform, associated with a single individual and a single verified identity.
• "Balance" The total amount of funds held in a User's W9CCC Account at any given time, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus credits clearly designated as such.
• "Bonus" Any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, reload offer, or reward made available to Users by W9CCC subject to applicable bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" A transfer of real money funds initiated by the User into their W9CCC Account using an approved payment method, including DuitNow QR, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, or local bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong).
• "KYC" Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by W9CCC under applicable anti-money laundering obligations, involving the submission of valid photographic ID and proof of address documents.
• "Services" All sports betting markets, live casino games, virtual games, promotions, loyalty programmes, and any other features provided through the W9CCC Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" The number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in individual promotion terms.
• "Withdrawal" A transfer of cleared, eligible real-money funds from the User's W9CCC Account to their nominated bank account or e-wallet.

To register and maintain a W9CCC Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. W9CCC strictly prohibits the use of its Services by persons under the age of 21, regardless of local age-of-majority laws.
2. You are accessing the Services as an individual, acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Services from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where you would be in breach of applicable law by using the Platform.
4. You do not already hold an active or suspended W9CCC Account. Only one account per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method is permitted.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from W9CCC or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
6. You are of sound mental capacity and are acting in a responsible manner. W9CCC reserves the right to deny service to any person it believes to be a vulnerable individual.
7. You are not employed by W9CCC, nor are you a relative or associate of a W9CCC employee in a position where that employment could create a conflict of interest with your use of the Services.

When registering for a W9CCC Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. W9CCC shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. W9CCC will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You agree to notify W9CCC's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account. W9CCC shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account prior to receipt of such notification, provided that W9CCC has not been negligent in its security practices.

W9CCC reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, identity theft, or a breach of these Terms, without being required to state its reasons.

All transactions on W9CCC are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). No foreign exchange fees are applied by W9CCC; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges, for which W9CCC takes no responsibility.

Accepted Deposit Methods: DuitNow QR, FPX Bank Transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrency options (BTC, USDT).

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account instantly or within the processing time specified for each payment method. W9CCC does not accept cash deposits or third-party deposits made on behalf of another person. The minimum deposit amount is RM30.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed all applicable KYC verification checks.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account in your name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be declined.
• Withdrawals made while active bonus funds are in play will be subject to the relevant wagering requirement rules. Initiating a withdrawal may result in the forfeiture of active bonus balances.
• W9CCC reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times beyond the standard sub-5-minute target.

W9CCC does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your own responsibility.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives offered by W9CCC are subject to these general terms and any additional specific terms published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict, promotion-specific terms take precedence.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any time, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered at the specified rollover multiplier (typically 10x to 20x) before any withdrawal request will be approved.
• The maximum stake permitted per bet while utilising bonus funds is typically capped between RM250 and RM500 — refer to individual promotion terms for the applicable cap.
• Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette typically contribute 10–20%. Virtual sports may contribute at varying rates.
• Bonuses expire as specified in individual promotion terms. Unclaimed or uncleared bonuses will be automatically removed from your account upon expiry.
• W9CCC reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse, system exploitation, or breach of these Terms.

Bonus Abuse: W9CCC uses automated and manual detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: bonus stacking across multiple accounts, arbitrage betting during promotional periods, and coordinated promotional exploitation. Where abuse is detected, W9CCC may forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings without notice and may suspend or terminate the affected account(s).

By placing a bet on W9CCC, you acknowledge and accept that:

• All bets are placed voluntarily. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it is final and binding. W9CCC will not accept cancellation requests except where the Platform has made a manifest error in displaying odds or market information.
• W9CCC reserves the right to suspend or restrict betting on any event or market at any time without prior notice, including in-play markets where data integrity cannot be assured.
• In the event of a system error, technical fault, or data feed failure that results in an incorrectly priced market, W9CCC reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• W9CCC follows standard industry rules for the settlement of football (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA, and La Liga), basketball, mixed martial arts (UFC), and other sports markets. Settlement is based on official results from governing bodies at the conclusion of standard regulation time, unless stated otherwise.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
• Live casino games are governed by the rules of the individual game providers. W9CCC acts as a facilitator for live casino content and accepts no responsibility for game provider errors, provided such errors are handled in accordance with the game provider's own terms.

W9CCC is obligated to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements. By registering an account, you consent to this verification process.

You may be required to submit the following documentation at any time, including at the point of withdrawal:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: A valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), Passport, or Driver's License (front and back).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill (e.g., TNB, Unifi), bank statement, or other official document dated within the last three months showing your name and residential address.
• Selfie with ID: A clear photograph of you holding your photo ID next to your face, taken in good lighting.
• Proof of Payment: Confirmation of ownership of the deposit payment method, which may include a bank statement or e-wallet screenshot.

W9CCC will endeavour to complete KYC review within 24–48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days of the initial request will result in account suspension and the return of net deposits to the verified payment method.

Submitting fraudulent, altered, or stolen identity documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the W9CCC Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

1. Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or any alias.
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
3. Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
4. Using automated bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to access the Platform, place bets, or exploit promotional offers.
5. Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit pricing inefficiencies across multiple platforms or markets at W9CCC's expense.
6. Participating in bet-sharing schemes, syndicate wagering designed to circumvent risk controls, or any form of coordinated promotional exploitation.
7. Attempting to access, tamper with, or circumvent the Platform's security systems, encryption, or data infrastructure.
8. Reproducing, copying, or distributing any content, data, or intellectual property from the Platform without prior written authorisation.
9. Allowing any third party to use your Account or placing bets on behalf of another person.
10. Acting in a manner that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward W9CCC staff or other users.

All content published on the W9CCC Platform — including but not limited to the W9CCC brand name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, text, graphics, images, software, odds data, and page layouts — is the exclusive intellectual property of W9CCC or its licensed third-party providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of placing bets and using the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not include any right to sub-licence, sell, resell, transfer, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit the Platform's content or software.

Any unauthorised use of W9CCC's intellectual property — including scraping odds data, reproducing Platform content, or reverse engineering any part of the software — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, W9CCC, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Loss of goodwill or reputation;
• System failures, interruptions, or errors in the Platform;
• Bets affected by technical faults, network outages, or third-party data errors.

W9CCC's total aggregate liability to any User for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in that User's Account at the time the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit W9CCC's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

W9CCC reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• W9CCC has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has breached these Terms or any applicable law;
• A User has provided false information during registration or KYC verification;
• A User's behaviour constitutes bonus abuse, match-fixing, or systematic platform exploitation;
• A payment dispute, chargeback, or fraud investigation is initiated in connection with the Account;
• W9CCC is required to do so by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order;
• A User has self-excluded via our responsible gambling tools.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of bonuses and voided bets) will be returned to the User's most recently verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting W9CCC's support team. Voluntary closure does not waive any obligation already owed to W9CCC under these Terms.

W9CCC is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become harmful, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

All registered Users have access to the following responsible gambling tools within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications after a pre-set playing duration.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose per session, day, or week.
• Cool-Down Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and opt out of all marketing communications. This action is irreversible.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which W9CCC holds its gaming authorisation. In the event of any dispute between you and W9CCC arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Services, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via W9CCC's customer support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as determined by W9CCC. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a competent court to prevent irreparable harm.

These Terms do not confer any right on you to bring a class action or representative claim against W9CCC. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.

W9CCC reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, W9CCC will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account.
